Quicken Conversion Instructions
Quicken access will only be available in the new Cal Coast Online Beta online banking system located under the Budget & Reports tab. To ensure you can continue downloading your transactions without interruption, it is very important that you follow the instructions below. If you do not follow these instructions, your online banking service with the Quicken program may not function properly.
Please note: It is a good practice to back up your Quicken data file regularly.
- Back-up your Quicken data file before you begin using the new Cal Coast Online. For instructions to back up your Quicken data file, choose Help menu Quicken Help. Then Search for "Back-up Data File" and follow the instructions.
- Reduce the potential for duplicate transactions in your Quicken register by following these necessary steps to ensure that transactions are not automatically downloaded to your Quicken register.
- Click on your Quicken version for Conversion Instructions
Mint users must disconnect their accounts and reconnect using the following listing "California Coast Credit Union". All history going forward will be located under this new account. If you prefer to hide the old account with prior history, in the accounts listing in Mint, click on the HIDE tab to display the Hide Accounts page and select the account that you wish to hide.
