Join us in celebrating 90 years of service to our community!
Throughout 2019 we’ll be honoring the people who helped us get here—our amazing members, partners and employees.
California Coast Credit Union is celebrating our milestone 90th Anniversary, and it’s because of you. You believed in our mission of people helping people, and without the support of our members, employees and partners, we would not be here today.
Since the beginning, our vision has been to foster a culture of service and commitment to our community that our members could be proud of. It’s gratifying to see that in a span of decades you’ve shared our mission of giving back by helping to contribute thousands of volunteer hours annually, providing in-kind services, and supporting local schools, charities, and non-profits.
California Coast has a rich history of serving San Diegans and surrounding communities. For example, our legacy credit unions provided financial products and services for AT&T, SDG&E, Solar Turbines, and local teachers. Over the years we’ve seen a lot of changes, but we’ve never changed our values, and we’re dedicated to continuing our legacy of service by working in the best interest of our members and the community-at-large.
Today, California Coast serves more than 180,000 members in San Diego and Riverside Counties. With 25 branches and more than $2.5 billion in assets, we attribute our growth to the thousands of people that continually stand by our mission and values, and we look forward to celebrating with you!
“Your best interest” is more than just a tagline. It’s an act of kindness. It’s going above and beyond to provide personalized attention to your needs and make a difference in people’s lives.
Our Cal Coast Care-a-thon is an employee and community-wide effort where we’ll work together to make a difference in our communities by volunteering for 90 events and causes throughout the year!
Take a look at our upcoming Care-a-thon events, and take part in our legacy of giving back.
For the past 3 years, Cal Coast has supported the Eric Paredes Save A Life Foundation and volunteered for their free medical screening events. These cardiac screenings help identify undetected heart abnormalities in teens that often present no recognizable warning signs. Without the support of their volunteers, the foundation wouldn’t be able to host these life-saving events.
To register your teen for a free heart screening, visit the Eric Paredes Save A Life Foundation website.
Do you have e-waste clutter at home? On Friday, September 6th, Cal Coast and Secure E-Waste Solutions will host a public e-waste event at our Cal Coast Spectrum parking lot. Bring your e-waste and part of the proceeds will help raise money for the Cal Coast Cares Foundation, supporting local students and teachers through scholarships and grants.
For more information on what you can e-waste, please visit the Secure E-Waste Solutions website.
Our members are our most valuable asset. That’s why everything we do — from the accounts, loans and rates we offer, to the personalized caring attention we provide — is designed to help you to achieve your goals.
