  1. Regulation D (Reg D) was amended to allow financial institutions to suspend the six-transaction transfer limit requirement each month. For the time being, you can now make unlimited transfers and withdrawals.
  2. Check with your wireless provider to determine if data and text messages rates apply.
  3. Maximum transfer amount is $1,000. There is no fee to use this service. Funds will be transferred immediately if the recipient has an email address or mobile number linked to a PayPal account.
