Introducing Cal Coast Instant Digital Cards– a feature now available in our New Digital Banking Experience. This feature allows members to immediately get access to their funds when their card is reported as lost or stolen. 

Adding your Digital Card to your Digital Wallet: Step-By-Step Instructions

Mobile

1. Tap the "i" icon in the top right corner

2. Tap "Show Card Details" and enter One-Time-Pin (OTP)

3. Write down your card number, expiration date and CVV

4. Open your Digital Wallet

5. Tap on the "+" icon in the top right corner of your screen

6. Select "Debit or Credit Card," click "Continue" and enter card details manually

7. Enter card number and click "Next"

8. Enter expiration date and CVV and agree to Terms & Conditions

Congratulations! Your Digital Card is now added to your Digital Wallet!

Online Banking

1. Tap "Show Card Details"

2. Enter One-Time-Pin (OTP)

3. Write down your card number, expiration date and CVV

4. On your Smart Phone, open your Digital Wallet

5. Tap on the "+" icon in the top right corner 

6. Select "Debit or Credit Card," click "Continue" and enter card details manually

7. Enter card number and click "Next"

8. Enter expiration date and CVV and agree to Terms & Conditions

Congratulations! Your Digital Card is now added to your Digital Wallet!


 

How It Works:

  • If your card is lost or stolen, simply sign in to Cal Coast Online or the new Mobile Banking App and report it.
  • You will then receive immediate access to your digital card details for online or mobile wallet purchases while you wait for your physical replacement card in the mail.

FAQs

After reporting your card lost or stolen through Online or Mobile Banking, you will instantly receive a digital card. Once your digital card has been created, you can access it through the Card Management Section.        

No, however your expiration date and security code will be updated. 

Absolutely! We recommend adding your new physical card to your digital wallet for hassle-free transactions on the go.

The card is available for temporary use. However, as soon as you activate your new physical card, your physical card information will also appear online for quick access.
