Early Access Participant Info

You have been selected to participate in our Member Early Access phase to be one of the first to enroll and explore our New Digital Banking experience. Please take a moment to review the FAQs below. Further information on next steps will be emailed to you.  

New Online and Mobile Banking FAQs

If you received an email from us on April 9, 2024 then you will receive a follow up email with instructions on how to enroll on one of the following dates: 

  • If you do not have Cal Coast Bill Pay, you will receive an email with instructions on April 15, 2024
  • If you have Cal Coast Bill Pay, you will receive an email with instructions on April 18, 2024

Yes! If you have a joint membership then everyone associated with the membership will need to enroll in the new online and mobile banking separately. Each person will have their own unique username and password to access their account(s) online. 

Important:

  • Once one person enrolls on a joint membership, all members associated with the membership will also need to enroll in order to access their accounts online. 
  • We may not have email addresses on file for all of joint members. Please remind them to enroll on April 15 (non Bill Pay members) or April 18 (Bill Pay members). You can forward the email we send to you on those days to your joint members. 

No. After you enroll in the new online banking, you will no longer be able to sign in to or access the previous Cal Coast Online or Mobile Banking. All of your banking and transaction history will be brought over to the new.
