CoastLine - Your automated telephone banking service menu options changed on May 24.

On May 24th, our CoastLine menu options were streamlined to make automated telephone banking a little easier. You can take a take a look at your new menu options below. CoastLine will also guide you through your new options so you can conduct transactions, transfer funds, make a loan payment and access your credit card information quickly.

What You need to Know

Account Number and Access Code - Your account number and access code did not change so you can log in and take advantage of the new streamlined menu options immediately.

Credit Card Information - Your credit card information is now located in the Credit Card Account menu for greater convenience and is no longer located in the Loan menu. This allows you to access account balance, payment and transaction history and even make a credit card payment in fewer steps.

Expert Mode - The option of Expert Mode is no longer available. However, the new streamlined menu provides a step-by-step guide for easy access to your accounts.

3   Choose 1 for English or 2 for Spanish

Make a selection from the main menu then enter account number and press the # sign.
Enter your access code, press the # sign and follow the guided menu.
