If you’d like direct deposit simply download the form here, if you want to make automatic payments, download our ACH form, or log into Cal Coast Online and click on 'Transfers' then 'External Transfers' to set up a recurring payment. If you need to make changes to your ACH loan payment or would like to cancel it, you may do that in Cal Coast Online or download this form.

Order checks

We recommend ordering your checks through Deluxe, a trusted name in the check printing industry. Deluxe incorporates proven security features in their checks that help minimize your risk of fraud by deterring alteration and enabling authentication.

  • Order and re-order Deluxe checks through Cal Coast Online. Log in and click on the “Check Services” tab at the top of the page and click “Order Checks.”  To enroll, in Cal Coast Online, click the “Sign Up” link at the top of the page.
  • Contact us if you've used a company other than Deluxe to order checks in the past.

Have checks with a First Future Credit Union logo or Financial 21 Credit Union logo? We’ll continue to process these checks for you.

Outgoing Wires
  • Wire transfers must be completed in person at a CCCU branch office.
  • Any wire that has a final destination in another country is considered an international wire and must be processed as an international wire.
  • Requests received after 12 p.m., Monday through Friday, or any time on Saturday, will be processed the next business day.

Must provide:

  • Receiving Financial Institution name, routing number, (address and phone if available)
  • Outgoing wire transfer amount
  • Name of person, company or intermediary bank receiving the funds (and their address if available)
  • Account number of person receiving funds
  • If funds are to be further credited
    • Beneficiary name
    • Account Number
    • PUPID identify (if applicable)
  • Their information (name, address, account number or authorized signer if a business account)
  • Review and sign the wire instructions

The creditors will be paid in the order listed, up to the available credit limit. The funds will be automatically advanced from your California Coast Credit Card account to the financial institution you have designated for the amount(s) shown. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your request(s), we will contact you.

  • The balances you want to transfer must be current.
  • If a statement is received from your creditor during this period, continue to pay the monthly payment required to avoid any late charges or delinquency on that account.
  • In order to completely pay off a current balance, you must tell us the exact amount you owe. Please do not indicate "Pay In Full."
  • Do not include disputed amounts in your balance to be transferred. You may lose certain dispute rights.
  • The transferred balance will appear on your credit card statement described as a balance transfer and interest accrues from the date of the advance. Balance transfer fees may apply. Please see your disclosure for details.
  • You may not transfer an existing balance on any account issued by California Coast and the credit union reserves the right to refuse any balance transfer request.
  • There are costs associated with the use of the card.
