Steps to Enroll

  1. Click here to enroll.
  2. Select a security phrase, picture, username and password.
  3. A temporary one-time security passcode will be sent to the phone number you've entered. This passcode will expire in 10 minutes. You may also activate your online banking service by calling (877) 495-1600 or visiting a branch for assistance.

Bill Pay

The days of envelopes and stamps are long over. Our free online Bill Pay lets you pay bills online, anytime, anywhere - even from your mobile device1. Just log in to pay bills, manage your payees and accounts, view recent and upcoming payments, change payment options, and more.

Tell us where to contact you.

Alerts are free electronic messages that keep you up to date on and help protect against fraud. They can be sent to multiple emails and cell phone email addresses (link to the cellular phone email address section in the Alerts FAQs.1

Choose when and what you want to know.

Simply choose which Alerts you’d like to receive and Alerts will monitor your account activity2 throughout the day and notify you when:

  • Your available balance is below an amount you specify
  • A loan payment is due
  • Your account is affected by a NSF, Debit Card Courtesy Pay or Overdraft Transfer
  • A direct deposit has posted to your account
  • A withdrawal exceeds an amount you choose
  • A check has posted
  • An ATM withdrawal or debit card purchase exceeds an amount you choose
  • A large credit card purchase was made
  • Your address or email address has been changed

External Transfers

The External Transfer feature in Cal Coast Online makes it easier than ever to transfer money between California Coast and your other financial institutions. You can make a one-time transfer, set up future transfers and make recurring transfers or payments to a loan. That’s super convenient especially if you share an account with your child, parent, spouse, etc. Add some convenience to your life.

Get Started Today

First, log into or sign up for Cal Coast Online. Go to the Transfers tab, click on External Transfers, then Add External Account. For your security, you may be prompted to validate your identity by calling us at (877) 495-1600. Otherwise, you'll receive a one-time security passcode by phone or text that you'll use to validate your identity.

  1. Enter the account info from the other financial institution.
  2. Select a nickname.
  3. Enter the Routing, Transit Number, Account Number.
  4. Choose Checking or Savings.
  5. Verify accounts by using the micro deposits sent to the accounts to be used. Quick Tip - For recurring transfers, set the expiration date 1 day past your last transfer.
  6. After verifying your accounts, you are now able to set up a transfer or payment to a loan.
  7. Select the amount and frequency of transfers.

1Check with your wireless provider to determine if data and text messaging rates apply. To use Cal Coast Mobile, you must first be enrolled in Cal Coast Online.
